Biocidal products placed on the market shall comply with the Regulation EC 528/2012 in particular Article 69 for labelling. These products must comply with the Regulation EC 1272/2008 (CLP) concerning the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures and the Regulation EC 1907/2006 (REACH) relating to registration, evaluation of chemical substances.
