Biocidal products placed on the market shall comply with the EC Regulation 528/2012 in particular to Article 70 for the safety data sheet if they contain substances covered by the Regulation REACH .
Article 31 of the REACH Regulation states that:
"the supplier of a substance or mixture shall provide the recipient of the substance or mixture with a safety data sheet prepared in accordance with theAnnex II of the same règlement ".
This article also specifies that
" la safety data sheet need not be provided when hazardous substances or mixtures offered or sold to the general public are accompanied by sufficient information to enable users to take the necessary measures for the protection of human health, safety and security and environnement ".
